Before the Entrepreneur, There Was the Builder<\/strong><\/p>\n

During his college years, Mr. Joshi began collaborating with friends and prominent individuals across different initiatives and capacities.<\/p>\n

It was during this period that he became a core founding member of a global festival that went on to scale into the Y20 and G20 ecosystem<\/strong>, with recognition from the Ministry of Youth Affairs. It was an early experience of seeing an idea travel beyond its original boundaries.<\/p>\n

More importantly, it showed him something he would carry into entrepreneurship:<\/p>\n

Ideas become powerful when people are willing to build them.<\/strong><\/p>\n

His interests would subsequently evolve across multiple disciplines, giving him exposure to business, people, digital science, economics, psychology, human behaviour, organizational thinking, real estate, careers and emerging technology.<\/p>\n

That multidisciplinary foundation would eventually become part of the architecture of Space of The Greats Group.<\/a><\/p>\n

Dubai Was Calling Earlier<\/strong><\/p>\n

There is an interesting chapter in Mr. Joshi’s journey that happened before Dubai became the expansion frontier it is today.<\/p>\n

In 2022<\/strong>, he received opportunities and explored collaborations connected to working on projects in Dubai.<\/p>\n

The path was available.<\/p>\n

The geography was familiar.<\/p>\n

The opportunity was real.<\/p>\n

But something inside him resisted taking the straightforward route.<\/p>\n

There was an increasingly strong inner calling to build something of his own, something larger, something meaningful and something with purpose.<\/strong><\/p>\n

So the decision was not simply about choosing entrepreneurship over employment. It was indeed about choosing uncertainty over a predetermined path.<\/p>\n

Dubai would have to wait. The building could not. Years later, that decision has acquired a different meaning. Dubai is no longer simply a place where Mr. Joshi could have worked.<\/p>\n

It is becoming one of the places where his own vision will be executed on the ground.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Reality of Building From the First Generation<\/strong><\/p>\n

Being a first-generation entrepreneur sounds inspiring when described retrospectively. Living it is considerably harder.<\/p>\n

There is no inherited business waiting to be expanded.<\/p>\n

No established entrepreneurial network to fall back on.<\/p>\n

No family playbook explaining which risks to take and which mistakes to avoid.<\/p>\n

You have to learn while building.<\/p>\n

And you have to keep building while learning.<\/p>\n

Mr. Joshi’s entrepreneurial journey has now crossed five years of bootstrapping, trials, errors, difficult phases, recalibration and persistence<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Not every decision worked.<\/p>\n

For Mr. Joshi, that person has been his father, Mr. Ajay Joshi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

People who believe you should choose the safer route.<\/p>\n

And sometimes, people who were present in the beginning will not be present in the next chapter.<\/p>\n

A founder eventually has to understand something uncomfortable:<\/p>\n

You cannot build something meaningful while trying to keep everyone comfortable with your choices.<\/strong><\/p>\n

That does not mean becoming indifferent.<\/p>\n

It means becoming responsible for your own direction.<\/p>\n

For Mr. Joshi, discipline became less about motivation and more about continuing after motivation disappeared.<\/p>\n

That is where the lessons of cricket returned.<\/p>\n

Show up.<\/p>\n

Play the next ball.<\/p>\n

Stay patient.<\/p>\n

Take the loss.<\/p>\n

Learn.<\/p>\n

Return tomorrow.<\/p>\n

When the Work Begins to Speak<\/strong><\/p>\n

Today, the years of experimentation are beginning to translate into tangible momentum.<\/p>\n

Career Intelligence<\/strong> is emerging as a distinct area of work.<\/p>\n

Real Estate Intelligence is expanding within Mumbai.<\/p>\n
